Az általam alkalmazott szabályok (az excelhez):
Kanban rules:
· No row or column (phase) can contain more element than it is written on top of it
· No element can stay in place for more than two consecutive days, or it should be treated as exception
· Priorities can be changed anytime inside columns
· Forced movement between columns can happen only once per day (eg: task removal)
· Task becomes red if:
o More than two consecutive days in place
o Moves backwards (especially from acceptance phase)
· Intro & exit rules:
o Task list:
§ Enters: When we get knowledge of it, or we can’t work on it for some reason (example: more important task)
§ Exits: if it’s the top item, and a preparation item is removed
o Preparation:
§ Enters: if we decide we look at it
§ Exits: if specification & design are complete & reviewed by architect
o Implementation:
§ Enters: if preparation is complete, developer assigned
§ Exits: if software is release-ready, and reviewed by the architect
o Acceptance:
§ Enters: when committed to version control
§ Exits: when accepted on trunk by the customer
